Beacon Lights Placement Program

Sheriff Bellotti's TRIAD program offers an easy way to get attention if you're in trouble. It's the Emergency Beacon Flashing Light.

Just screw it into the socket on your front porch. It looks like a regular light bulb, and acts like one too. But if you flip the switch up and down two times consecutively, the bulb begins to flash. The blinking light alerts neighbors that you need help. The flashing bulb also acts as a beacon for police, firefighters, or ambulance drivers to quickly spot your home from a distance without searching for house numbers.

For more information, please call Sheriff Bellotti's TRIAD Office at 781-326-1787.

From the Sheriff:

"TRIAD is seniors helping seniors. Through this safety initiative, the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office enrolls senior citizens from local communities to work with local police and support services to bring safety programs and awareness to the elderly population."
